Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our online store, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Product Information

We are a small hobby farm and make every effort to accurately describe our products and provide healthy, fertile hatching eggs. However, because our products are produced by live animals, variations may occur.

Order Fulfillment and Shipping Dates

Estimated shipping dates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed. Shipping estimates are based on the typical egg production of our hens. However, hens are living animals and egg production can vary due to weather, age, seasonal changes, stress, broodiness, health, and other factors.

While we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that an order will ship by any specific date. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that shipping dates are estimates only.

No Returns and No Refunds

Due to the perishable and fragile nature of hatching eggs, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or provide refunds once an order has been placed.

Due to the fragile and perishable nature of hatching eggs, and because incubation practices, handling, and shipping conditions are beyond our control, no refunds, replacements, credits, or returns will be provided for low hatch rates, infertility, delayed delivery, shipping damage, broken eggs, lost packages, reduced viability, or any other carrier-related issues.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with shipping and incubating hatching eggs and agree to these terms.

Shipping Risk and Carrier Responsibility

We take great care in packaging all orders to help ensure they arrive safely. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to the carrier.

We are not responsible for circumstances outside of our control after a package has been turned over to the shipping company, including but not limited to:

  • Damaged or crushed boxes
  • Broken eggs
  • Delayed deliveries
  • Lost or misrouted packages
  • Carrier handling issues
  • Temperature exposure during transit
  • Reduced egg viability resulting from shipping conditions

All shipments are insured through the shipping carrier.

If you experience an issue with your shipment, please contact us promptly with photos and relevant details. We will assist by initiating or supporting an insurance claim and communicating with the shipping carrier to help resolve the matter. However, any compensation related to shipping issues is subject to the carrier's investigation, determination, and insurance policies.

Shipping Damage Reporting

Customers are responsible for inspecting their shipment immediately upon delivery.

Any issues involving shipping damage, broken eggs, damaged packaging, lost packages, or other carrier-related concerns must be reported to us within 48 hours of the recorded delivery time. Please include clear photographs of the shipping box, packaging materials, shipping label, and any damaged eggs or contents.

Failure to report shipping-related issues within 48 hours may limit or prevent our ability to assist with filing an insurance claim with the shipping carrier.

While we are happy to work with customers and communicate with the carrier on their behalf, all resolutions related to shipping damage, delays, or loss are subject to the carrier's insurance policies, investigation process, and final determination.

Hatch Rate and Fertility Disclaimer

We work diligently to maintain healthy breeding stock and take every reasonable measure to maximize fertility and egg quality. However, hatch rates are not guaranteed.

Many factors beyond our control can affect hatch success, including but not limited to:

  • Shipping and handling during transit
  • Storage conditions before incubation
  • Incubator calibration and operation
  • Temperature and humidity fluctuations
  • Egg turning practices
  • Power outages
  • Individual incubation methods and experience
  • Genetic and biological factors

Because these factors vary significantly once eggs leave our farm, we cannot guarantee any specific hatch rate, hatch percentage, fertility rate, or number of chicks produced from purchased eggs.

We strongly encourage all customers to thoroughly research the process of incubating and hatching eggs before making a purchase. By purchasing hatching eggs from us, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with incubation and hatch success.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products ordered. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase, shipment, incubation, or use of our products.
